4 Reasons to Shop at Small Businesses
It’s easy to fall into the trap of convenience and low prices from big businesses like Amazon and Walmart, but at what cost is it worth it. For many years we have been in overdrive, running our homes, raising the kids, caring for elderly parents, pushing for equality in the workplace, staying beautiful, and taking whatever few minutes we have left in the month to spend time with our girlfriends because we innately know that magic happens when the gals gather. 🌸🌟

Planet, People, Profit ... In That Order.
A business that operates from the Single Bottom Line is 100% profit-driven. The motto is to grow grow grow and keep expenses as low as possible with no concern for the casualties along the way. This type of operation has been the standard, across the board, for hundreds of years. However, there is a better way to do business, and that’s operating from the Triple Bottom Line.
While green construction can initially cost more than traditional building methods, these higher expenses aren’t due to the benefits it provides, like lower utility bills and healthier indoor air. Instead, the costs stem from quality sustainable materials, advanced technology, and specialized labor. These investments create high-performing, eco-friendly buildings that reduce environmental impact and offer long-term savings, making green construction a smart choice for a sustainable future.
